All orders are custom-made just for you by our talented team.  Once ordered, changes cannot be made to your order.  Orders typically take 1-2 weeks to produce.  Upon completion, you will be notified by email that your order is completed.   If you selected the pick-up in-store option, shop hours for order pickup are on Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays from 11-3 pm.  If you selected the UPS shipping option, your order will be shipped to the address that you input.
